During the course of the event planning my team and I faced multiple challenges. Since common market is a forum for young entrepreneurs to showcase their collections, we faced problems in getting brands on board since the event was a completely student organized event.
Getting sponsors for our event was another obstacle that we faced. Being able to put up a show with a small budget is a difficulty every team faces.
At the moment we are unable to get sponsors, which is leading to more expenditure. Along with sponsorships, contacting brands is and getting them to collaborate with us is one of the main aspects of this event that we as a team are working on.
As for the marketing, we are facing trouble since we have only 10 days to the event and we are unable to market it completely as we do not have any confirmed venue as yet and are still working on brands.
This event is a huge learning process for us as a team and helps us work on our personal skills.
